TMZ has learned that Hip-Hop mogul Russell Simmons is selling his monster mansion in Saddle River, N.J. for $23.8 million. The property includes a custom movie theater, popcorn machine, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with waterfalls, caves and a Jacuzzi. Plus, there's a professional gymnasium, large wine cellar with sit-down tasting area, and a sophisticated security system with cameras.
