Hollywood – Though reports have indicated that Paris Hilton cancelled her planned trip to Rwanda due to a “restructuring” at non-profit Playing for Good, Dateline Hollywood has learned that the real reason is she was banned from entering the country by the Rwandan government. “Our people are already suffering so much from HIV that the last thing we need is a someone like Paris bringing in new, exotic STDs,” said Rwandan health minister Dr. Jean Damascene.
