Rocker Avril Lavigne is the new owner of a Los Angeles mansion that comes with more than 10 bathrooms. The singer, 22, and her husband, Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley, 27, bought the Bel-Air home for about $9.5 million, the Los Angeles Times reports.
